Arrrh, there be a rat amoung us!

Inside every Teddy bear lurks a rat just trying to get free..... not just any rat, a pirate rat.

This poor little guy was our first bear off the assembly line, I don't know what it was, the fur or the pattern but he was no beauty. I don't even have a before picture he was just headed to the reject pile.

Then the idea struck Mike, why does he have to be a bear when it is so obvious his inner rat wanted to shine.

So Mike went to work causing this transformation from Bear to rat, (and you thought David Copperfield was the master of illusion)

First his limbs went from standard joint to a button joint, much better for hoisting the colours! He received hand colouring or tattoo's if you prefer but looking a little like spots. Never go to a drunken tattoo artist in Tortuga, savey!

He was given some wild dreads and a bandanna, but I think he still needs a piece of eight.

I think he is has reached his full rat potential.
